Knoke’s Confections

This place is awesome! We are from the Milwaukee area and stopped here on our way to St. Cloud MN on a family trip. My cousin Steve, who went to college with Dave the owner, wanted to stop by on our trip. The chocolate is fantastic best I have ever had. Dave couldn’t of been nicer to our group of 10 that dropped by. the Caramel corn with chocolate is to die for. You feel like you stepped back in time when you go to the store they have everything and feels like an old fashion candy store!!! Ordered popcorn containers this Christmas to give away to friends. wish we had Knoke’s chocolate in the Milwaukee area!!!

I loved this place! I normally would give it 5 stars but I have to knock 4 stars off based on what I saw on my last visit. I asked the kid behind the counter for some help finding a specific chocolate. He politely showed me what I was looking for, only for the owner to turn around and scream at him behind the counter! Not only is this unprofessional but the poor kid didn’t do anything wrong! I won’t be going back. That owner needs to get off his high horse and learn some respect. Disgusting.

No better place to raise my kids than 3 blocks from Knoke’s! One of our absolute favorite things about living in Hudson – So many happy memories!

Being walking distance from here is just dangerous! They have awesome hand dipped ice cream and my sons love to walk downtown to the beach and stop here on a hot summer day to get a cone and an old school glass bottled orange crush or coke. As for their chocolates? Divine!!! They have a large selection of truffles and a Huge selection of old school candy store fare. You name it they probably dip it in chocolate! Beautiful shop and even ran into Martha Stewart herself in this shop last summer!

The best. chocolate. ever.
When I visit from NYC, I always visit and stock up for myself as to give as gifts. The truffles are absolutely perfect. My favorite are the 72% cayenne and espresso, but they are all delicious, and I always get a variety of flavors. I called to order 3-​piece sea salt/​dark chocolate caramels to give as parting gifts, and they arrived perfectly packaged and, most importantly, delicious.
Cannot wait to get back!

Very tasty chocolates. The truffles are delicious and great quality. Be prepared to lighten your wallet. These chocolates are not inexpensive. They also sell ice cream, pies, and other candies, but the chocolates are my favorite! They make a wonderful gift.

Wow… a candy and ice cream shoppe right downtown. This is such a cute little store with treats as far as your eye can see. So much to take in. I purchased a few little treats to give as a gift and a few for myself of course. They were very good and I enjoyed chatting with the owner and found her friendly and nice. I will stop her again from time to time.

I came here after a meal because I wanted «just a taste of something sweet». I had to keep my purchasing in check because when I walked into Knoke’s and felt like I’d been transported to the candy store of my dreams.
It has a very simple, orderly set-​up with Individual jars for assorted candies, caramels and individual treats. Handmade chocolates on one side in a display case, ice cream on the other.
My friend was in heaven seeing that they had Licorice Chip ice cream. I’m not a fan of that, but my eyes got wide looking at their chocolates. I had to try a fig truffle (tasty enough, but could have been figgier) and a beer caramel which had a mild taste, almost like the frothy foam on top of a draft beer.
I had to get myself out of there sooner rather than later otherwise I could have easily left with much more. The blueberry balsamic truffle and the cashew patties were especially calling my name…

Fun spot to pick up hand made candy and fresh scooped ice cream. My new addiction there is mint-​chocolate covered coffee beans…

I love Knoke’s! I stop in quite often:-) Their truffles are so yummy. My favorite are the blueberry balsamic and blood orange truffles. I also love the Zanzibar flavor ice cream. This is my favorite place to buy gifts for the daycare teachers and anyone else who might love chocolate.

Following a recent remodel, Knoke’s now offers baked goods in addition to candy, ice cream and coffee. Self service candy containers line the walls, or pick some of the more exotic offerings from the display cases. Ice cream is served in generous portions-​samples are offered as well. Feed your sweet tooth here the next time you are in beautiful downtown Hudson, WI.

If you’re looking for an amazing place to get chocolate, look no further.
Every kind of chocolate, brittle, caramel, and ice cream you could want, as well as normal candies.
Get the tub of fudge. It’s sooooo good for about five bucks.

LOVE THIS PLACE!
They always have the best holiday chocolates here. I’ve seen little replicas of the Last Supper round Easter that are a total hoot. They also have the best cream chocolates I’ve ever tasted.
And if you’re down at Lakefront, Knoke’s also has great ice cream cones!
