If the Drive-Thru line is almost to the road, this means that they only have one employee taking the orders, filling the beverage orders, making the speciality beverages, taking paynent and delivering the food to the customer. This usually occurs between 7−8am. As many are stopping in on the way to work or school, one would hope that their staffing levels would adapt to accomodate the hurried customers. MOST EMPLOYEES are very friendly and social, even though very busy.
