after many weeks suffering with back pain I finally feel like I’m on the mend. an excellent massage that addressed not only my problem area but the underlying issues.
the office is a very comfortable area and Lewann is educated and informative and took the time to answer questions and ask for my input as well.
the connective tissue massage was just what I needed.

I started going to Lewann at Necessary Therapeutics while I was training for a half marathon and right before I was diagnosed with a stress fracture in my tibia. I’d never experienced a connective tissue massage before and it’s like no other massage I’d ever had. Sometimes a normal massage can leave me feeling worse than when I’d gone in but after I see Lewann I feel like my muscles are moving the way they should be, so much more fluid and relaxed. I believe that these massages were really beneficial to recovering from this injury and getting me back to where I needed to be. I just ran a successful half marathon and now that I have more planned I will continue to go to Necessary Therapeutics.
