I’ve brought my car here 3 – 4 times, and every time they’ve fixed it for a reasonable cost, and never had any surprises. The hourly rates are much mess than a dealer, and they are AAA approved and give you a AAA discount.
The previous reviewer is correct –they don’t have any high pressure service advisor telling you you should change your struts or wheel bearings every 60K miles and trying to sell you extra stuff. You tell them what’s wrong and they fix it. They’ll call you once they figure out what’s wrong and let you know the cost which is nice.
I’ve even brought my own parts in and they’ve installed them without a squawk and without any surcharges.

My husband and I have been taking our cars here since we moved to Hudson over 8 years ago. They are very honest and do wonderful work and fast work. The owner, Sonny, is very friendly and we often see him at the shop. We trust Parente’s for all the service needed on our vechiles. We do not take our cars anywhere else for service.
