Decided to try Pizza Hut after seeing a few ads on TV. It appeared they had some new choices and the pictures looked pretty dang good — prices seemed fair. So went online and ordered up two different selections with the new flavored crust and extra swirl of sauce. They were horrid!!! I cannot find one redeeming thing to say about the way it was prepared or flavor. I fed four that evening and nobody liked it. Stick a fork in it — your done Pizza Hut!

I order from this pizza hut all the time. The pizza is always full of toppings, and nice and hot when I get it. It is one of the best Pizza Huts I have been to.

So it looks like no one has written a review of the Hudson, Wi Pizza Hut yet. Let me be the first! My wife and I ordered a large pizza, 2 pasta dishes and a cheese stick from this location on 7÷2÷2013 at 6:50pm. The order was supposed to be ready at 7:05 but much to our dismay, it wasn’t ready until about 7:22. Fair enough, delays happen. When my wife brought the food home, the pasta and cheese sticks were fine but the pizza didn’t have the correct toppings. I called the restaurant and asked to speak to a manager about it and was hung up on. I was now pretty unhappy so I called back and this time got a manager on the phone who told me she would have the pizza remade and delivered free of charge. Excellent, we were getting what we ordered, albeit it really delayed. End act one of our culinary adventure. Begin act two. Forty five minutes later approximately, I get a call from the delivery person telling us he is at our door. Oddly enough, he didn’t ring the doorbell or knock because that would have made too much sense. I went up to get the pizza and found the driver carrying the pizza sideways! I always like pizza that is smashed into one side of the box so I accepted delivery on it. We opened up the pizza and yes it was smashed but looked a bit under done too. I decided to take a bite of the pizza and low and behold, my expectations were met, it was very under done! Gotta love when expectations are met. That is all I have to say about act two. Act three begins like this: I proceeded to take the pizza and drive it back to Pizza Hut to discuss it with the manager. Upon meeting the manager, she offered me three options, remake the pizza(third times the charm, right?), give me a credit leaving me with no pizza or getting a refund. I opted for option 3 because as the song goes, «Ain’t Nobody Got Time For That»! For whatever reason, processing a refund on a $ 10 pizza takes about 10 minutes. Additionally, a refund on a $ 10 pizza is only $ 10 because Uncle Sam needs his cut(or Governor Walker since it is in Wisconsin). That struck me as odd so I balked and eventually got my taxes back, sorry Gov.. . I am hoping that there will be an act 4, a response from Pizza Hut corporate or the franchise owner. If you are up for a culinary adventure that involves carryout, delivery and a friendly visit with the assistant manager on duty, this might be your place!
