Janet is the best, hands down… I have been going to Janet for electrolysis, skin care, waxing for years. This shop is the best kept secret!!!. She is meticulous! Professional and competent. The electrolysis is very effective. I had a severe facial hair problem. I had to shave twice a day so no one would notice!!! I now only see her occasionally for a «touch up». (Electrolysis was my only option as white or grey hairs cannot be removed by laser treatments.) It works!!!
Her oxygen facials keep my skin looking young and healthy.
A miracle since I am in the sun and pool EVERYDAY.

At this salon, the nail tech appeared to double dip me in used acetone to soak my nails. I watched her drain the acetone bowl of nail polish chips and other remnants, then she re-​used it on me.
The polish job was terrible. I had polish on my skin, cuticles, and finger tips. The polish was so far away from my cuticles that it looked like it was done a week ago, and the lines were not smooth or straight. My nails were filed in all different shapes and lengths. The polish was so thick that it resembled acrylic nails. I called a few hours after I recieved the service to tell her it didn’t look good. I did this because I had people at work commenting on how bad it looked. I guess it was worse than I thought. When I spoke to Dawn, she immediately became defensive, told me to come get my money and never come back. She was rude and insulting while I was being respectful. She said she could tell I was a nit picky client by the way i was looking at my nails while she was servicing me. When I went to pick up my money, she was yelling and used profane language. She admitted she knew she did a bad job on my nails and said her work doesn’t always look like that.
