Had to run in there for a problem with my phone I had just purchased a couple days before. Although they didn’t know how to fix the problem he definitely tried. Thankfully a Radio Shack customer came in and knew how to fix it because he works at a sprint store.
But every time I go into this store, they always have great customer service! I love Radio Shack !
