ReadyMed

I am absolutely appalled and have never been treated as rudely by a medical professional or perhaps person as I have by the practitioner at ReadyMed. First, let me state that there is only one practitioner at this location, and to say she has a lack of compassion is an understatement.
I came it at 7 and was seen around 8:30, understandably I was the last patient of the night but the nurse practitioner would literally not let me finish a full sentence without cutting me off. I was in incredible pain and she was so unbelievably condescending (and berated my plan when I told her I had an appointment to go to a chiropractor for the back pain I was currently experiencing). The practitioner left the room as I was asking a question– she turned her back to me and said that my primary care physician (who I tried to tell her does not exist) could answer any other questions.
I left crying not because of the terrible pain I was experiencing, but the way I was treated and the lack of compassion and respect I was faced with.
It was the worst $ 20 and hour and a half I have ever spent and I will be certain to never go back and advise others in my community to stay away. The medical assistant was phenomenal but I would much rather wait in the ER for four times as long than ever go back to a ReadyMed.
