The older woman at the front cash register insulted my hair color(purple at the time) & my tattoos all with people behind me in line! Remember that saying if you don’t have anything nice to say!!! I was so embarrassed! I’ll never shop there again!

We been using RiteAid for 2 – 3 years. But no more. Sure, they’ve remodeled their stores to make them nice inside. They are a fine convenience store /market. But their pharmacy is just not tolerable. Why do I say this? First, they have an iphone app for refills. I have used it since it came out. I have yet to experience a single transaction where the app and the store pharmacist tell me the same thing. The app says I’m out of refills, but a call to the pharmacy says that I have several remaining. The app says my refill will be ready at 9 tomorrow, but when I go to the store the pharmacy says it’s too soon for a refill. When you tell the pharmacist what the app told you, they say, «We don’t know why they would do that.» Um, aren’t you going to be accountable for it? No? My wife waited 20 minutes one day while the only pharmacist there and a customer had a conversation about their children’s high school activities. If no one is waiting, maybe that’s a good use of their time. But when a customer is waiting, it’s just unprofessional. Find another place where the pharmacy acts like they care about your needs. That’s my advice.

This place is a mess. The floors are filthy, with clutter in several spots. The lighting is dim and sad looking. The whole environment was just filled with regret and longing to be a Walgreen’s
