Tarpon Furniture

Spent about $ 6500 on a new leather sectional by Flexsteel. Horrible service after the sale. Problem with one of the pieces (staple sticking up under leather on center console) so Flexsteel quickly replaced. Piece sat in Tarpon Furniture’s warehouse for weeks after they received it from factory. Called last week about status of replacement piece, told me to call back when service scheduling person in the office. For 7K, maybe they should have taken down my name and number and called me back instead of me doing all the work. Finally got a call back and set up apt for service tech to deliver replacement piece. No show and no calls. Typical Florida crappy service. I will never buy again from Tarpon Furniture. Flexsteel was great to work with!
