I went to the other NEW Verizon shop 4 times — each time I went they said I had another month to wait until I was able to upgrade. The attitudes in that store were terrible. When I finally was eligible I was told I would have at least a half hour wait.
I immediately went to the smaller, small business Verizon, at 207 Fairview. I was waited on almost immediately by a friendly, courteous employee/​manager. She helped with all my concerns and got my phone ready in a short time. It was night and day between the 2 stores. I highly recommend using this small business owners Verizon as opposed to the new franchise.
Now my phone has water damage and will be going there today. I hope to receive the same type of service, which I have a feeling I will.
