The Center For Bone & Joint Disease

Went as new patient. No parking. Practically standing room only. Packed in like sardines, back to back and arm to arm. Constantly having to move your feet so a wheelchair or walker can get through. It’s like a senior citizens home, I’m 42 and I was clearly younger than anyone else there.
Waited 1hr, then a lady came out and said anybody waiting for Dr. Bennett they are running 2 hours behind. I said no way, I need to reschedule. Earliest they could do was another 10 day’s out. Unacceptable. Horrid. Avoid at all costs, this is one of those cattle herding places where they pack in way more patients than they can handle.

Doctors are great. The staff has no personality and just treat you like a number. If you have a legit question they are unwilling to help. I’ve never met some of the rudest people. Icing on the cake is the piece of work that’s sitting there to check out, make another appt/​turn in a script. This girl… Doesn’t acknowledge your there, thinks you can read her mind and isn’t even pleasant. She acts like she hates the world. She shouldn’t even be in any type of customer service. Heaven forbid you make a complaint. Either management knows their staff if horrible or they are the contributing factor. Either way I know my family has enough to deal with as far as health issues and surgeries, I don’t need to deal with this centers attitude.
