I wish the Subhouse was near my office. This is exactly the type of food I crave at lunch time. You’ll find tons of fresh, healthy, and vegetarian sandwiches and salads here. Toppings not found at your typical sub shop are ingeniously available here — including avocados, sprouts, radishes, sunflower nuts, and dried cranberries. Friendly and accommodating staff, sidewalk seating, and neat historic pictures of Hudson make this an excellent choice for a casual lunch.
