I’ve been there 3 – 4 times, traded in a few old games for store credit and bought some items. Customer service was good, called once on the phone, good service. i also bought an New Xbox controller from them with a reasonable price. I saw no real problems. Perhaps i didn’t come across any of the problems that the other people were, writing these reviews, but i didn’t see anything worth complaining about.

When i told them i found the exact same game (New, Not used like they had) at walmart for cheaper they got pissed at me… What a fricken Joke!

You couldn’t pay more for used games even if you bought them new at gamestop they over charge then when you say something you get a speech on how you should support local business even if it means paying more! If they know they are more then they should support local customers and charge less!

Saw multiple Google reviews regarding bad experiences at this store. I didn’t think they could be that bad… I was wrong.
I was so offended by the staff to the point I had to leave.
I will never go back.
