Trinity Irrigation

Just finished inside renovation and this is my second phase of the project outside of home — garden. First, requested 3 companies for estimates. Trinity’s was the best of all for speedy, detail itemized list and thorough explanation of each step along the way. They educated me what involves in each project while responded to my frequent requests for change during planning process with ease of mind (prior to starting the project). I am very satisfied with the well-​functioning sprinkler and lawn renovation, which is more than I can envision with my limited knowledge of options. Furthermore, they came to check my garden periodically for follow up and they have even cleaned my backyard for free. I highly recommend them to those with high standard ;)

Trinity are attentive and do a good job. We have worked with them for 14 years and they have been very professional and thorough. They have also been pretty rapid with service. When we needed them to come out and do a pretty big job in a hurry, they accomplished it with no problem, on schedule, and at the budgeted price. My only complaint is that sometimes on a spring startup service we’ve asked them to replace a sprinkler head or two (ahead of time, while we’re scheduling), and they really won’t do that– apparently the crew coming around to do the start-​up is too heavily booked or lacks the materials to do repairs with. This is irritating because then they have to come out again for a service call, which is of course more expensive.
Aside from that, great guys to work with, do a good job, and are very courteous.

job was is in wayland. Just used their services to flush out water from our lawn irrigation system. ¼th acre lot. the crew was very friendly, used shoe covers to prevent any dirt going inside house. overall good but very pricey for the work. Took just 10 min to do the job.

I have been a customer of this company for over ten years. This season, when I called to set up my annual Spring system opening, I was given an appointment a couple of weeks out. A couple of days before the apoointment they called and said they needed to change the appointment to three days later and that they would call the day before to give a «window» of time for when they would be coming– their standard procedure. We didn’t receive a call with that information the day before, so we called them. At which point we were told they werent EVER coming because they no longer serviced the area where I lived??? Really? I live in West Roxbury on the Newton/​Brookline line and they confirmed they serviced those areas. That being said, if their business model no longer can sustain servicing a long-​standing customer, why wasn’t I told that when I initially called? That way, I could have put my energies into hiring another company. Also, these people are such inconsiderate jerks that they couldnt even be bothered to give me the courtesy of communicating this to us– they just intended not to call and not to show up.
The owner’s name is Kim. I promised her assistant that I would make sure I memorialized my experience on the internet. I guess it’s no real surprise that they no longer have sufficient customers in this area to justify continuing doing business here. With the disreputable business ethics of the current ownership, I suspect it will be an irrevocable trend… as a prior reviewer so aptly concluded, «this company does not deserve to be in business.»

This company does not deserve to be in business. They came to my house last year to blow out the water for my irrigation system. They jumped all the wires so that they did not have to spend more than 5 minutes at my house. They burned out my controller and they gave me a hard time about replacing it. After much aggravation they replaced it with another unit which did not work. They are a very shady company and I would not recommend using them at all.

Requested a quote from them, they where not the cheapest in town but they did an excellent job and where very professional. Service, work and price was all as agreed also very polite.
