These guys are super friendly and diligent. I have had issues with other Valvolines (breaking clips then using zip ties without notification). I continue to go out of my way to come to this location.

My wife and I have been using Valvoline for many many years and in those years we have been treated with the upmost respect. They have always informed us of what manufacturer recommended services are and if we could hold off on doing some of them. They have never tried to convince us do something that we do not want to do or that was not recommended by the manufacturer. Some people say but you can go to a auto parts store and buy what you need cheaper although this is true if that was your intentions you would not be going to Valvoline to have someone else do it for you. I would strongly recommend if you do not wish to do servicing on your own vehicle to go to Valvoline.

Owner is overbearing. To the point where he makes you feel stupid. He told me it would be really hard to find a wiper blade for the back window of my Prius. Guess what? I drove across the street at AutoZone and bough one for $ 12 instead of $ 22. As I was leaving he told me to come back when my husband isn’t able to fine that type of blade. He also told me I need a new air filter. I did! But instead I bought the new one at AutoZone for $ 11 instead of the $ 39 they charge. I am a woman and I was able to figure it out on my own. Do yourself a favor and buy your wipers and filters on your own. You are getting ripped!

Great service during an oil change today. Very helpful, polite and quick. Advised me of services that I may need based on mileage as well as my options for services (oil change, filter etc). No issues with this at all!
