It’s been nearly 1−½ years since we moved here and still have a quite a few important open issues with our home that have not been resolved. With each passing week, our hopes fade that anything will ever be done to correct these issues. In addition, the meeting (club) house and pool are still not completed. Actually, the club house appears to be perhaps 75% complete but construction has been dragging on for nearly one year. And the pool is nothing but a tiny mud pit at this point. We’ve only heard excuses about lack of funds to complete that aspect of the project. The only saving grace of this community are the residents … a wonderful group of folks that are mostly 55 and older. I repeat my earlier advise … carefully read the purchase and sale agreement, consult a capable real estate attorney and ask lots of questions before you sign!
