Best Investments

We replaced every single pane window in our home about a year ago, and because it was such a huge investment, we spent a lot of time researching windows. We looked at a number of brands, and talked to a number of installers, contractors, window dealers, etc. We were and are really impressed with the NT Windows Best Investments showed us. The quality is top notch, and the price was extremely competitive. Art, the head of the installation crew, did a fantastic job…20+ windows in less than a week, and they cleaned as they went along (with two little boys, I was really worried about glass, but they did a great job with demo). We had a little bit of a problem with one of our front windows having the wrong grid pattern, even after our sales representative checked and re-​checked with us before placing the order. There was a lot of back and forth, and it caused a slight delay, but in the end Best Investments replaced the window TWICE at no additional charge to us (and it was a HUGE window), and we were/​are happy campers. I think problems with a job the size of ours are not uncommon, and customer service surrounding problems is when a good company is set apart from a great company, and Best Investments proved themselves to be a great company!
We’ve been living with the windows now for a year and have had zero problems. Utility bills are down, and we’ve gotten several compliments from neighbors on how nice the windows look from the street.
