Plaza Beverage

If there is such a thing as being the best kept secret in the local home brewing scene, plaza beverage would be it. I don’t even remember how I found out that this distributor carries home brewing products (beer and wine), but they certainly do. And a surprising amount for the space that it takes up. Their selection isn’t perfect, but it’s pretty solid. You do have to mill the grain yourself, which isn’t a big deal, but you do need to know what you’re doing. They do carry a nice selection of brewing hardware to go along with the ingredients. Their website also lists what they have in stock and it’s updated fairly frequently. I definitely suggest keeping this place in mind if you brew between scranton and wilkes barre.

There are three other distributors between my house and Plaza Beverage, and yet I prefer to shop here. Their selections and price points are the best. The store is well laid-​out and the staff is very knowledgeable of all the products. I’m a fan.
