We adore this wonderful café. They have a fabulous menu with much of the food organic and locally sourced. Some of our favorites are their omelettes which are just amazingly packed with goodies and flavor, the steak salad which is luscious and still relatively healthy, the applewood bacon burger is one of the best we have had – ever, the in season heirloom tomato stuffed with chicken salad (photo above) was to die for. Great spelt breads, love the raisin bread. 7 kinds of pie daily. Smoothies. We have never had a bad meal and the prices are reasonable $ 8 – 10. Friendly and efficient service. Located on the main drag through Hughesville please stop by and give it a try.

Wow– a hidden gem in the middle of a very small town! I can easily give them 5 stars! Kudo’s for working with the surrounding areas and using as much local produce as they can. Did I have to wait? Yes– a little, but well worth it! I’m not sure why so many people associate good food with fast cooks, but our waitresses were busy as all get out since we were there Sunday morning with the after church crowd, but they were efficient and super hard working! Everything we ordered for breakfast from the coffee to the super-​over-​stuffed omelettes, to the nice thick slices of wonderful bread (several different kinds to chose from!) was perfect! I can’t wait to go back and try lunch!

Kathy’s Café is a brilliant gem. Fresh, local, juice bar, blah blah blah… The bottom line is, Kathy’s serves great tasting meals at very reasonable prices.
Cuban wrap, I must say was very creative, and and true to being a «Cuban sandwich». In other words it tasted like a Cuban sandwich but it was a wrap. Mind, blown.
Honey Glazed Ham Loaf special, o.k. allow me to translate. Honey Glazed Spam. I know, I know, it doesn’t sound as attractive now. Especially since this isn’t Hawaii; however, you’ve got to try it because it was probably the most creative, delicious meal I’ve had in a very long time. Paired with a yellow and orange carrot vegetable medley, and a couple of sweet potatoes, fantastic!

This is one of Hughesville’s best eat-​ins. I’ve been here at handful of times, the prices are always right and they have many options. The food is of good quality, not the crap that you find at other diners and they have many vegetarian and vegan options. The atmosphere is of a 1950s mom-​and-​pop shop, but has the amenities of a 21st-​century establishment.

Kathy’s is absolutely fantastic! If I could live in the kitchen, I would. It can get pretty busy but it’s worth the wait. It’s such a rarity in small, rural Pennsylvania. Wheatgrass shots, fresh squeezed juices, sprouted breads, local meat and produce are just a FEW of the many wonderful things this local café has to offer. Do yourself a favor — go to Kathy’s, enjoy their fantastic food, and enjoy the local atmosphere; you will not be disappointed.

What a great find for a delicious, local, and sustainable breakfast or lunch in the Hughesville /​Williamsport area! This place is truly phenomenal and by far the best casual breakfast option in the area. From fresh squeezed juices to local eggs and hormone free meats, this is a great place to stop! Try the Sarah’s Scromlet and Kathy’s Green Juice for an amazing breakfast.

Down home place with organic and non organic menu. Fits the bill for everyone. The Green Juice is GREAT and they have wheatgrass juice again ! Spelt bread is good and the omlets outstanding
