Wow! Fresh, delicious food, friendly service, live music, and an ocean view. I can’t believe it took me 2 years in Hull to give it a try. The menu has so many fresh seafood, sandwich, and salad options that you won’t find elsewhere. We tried the soft shell crab soecial, fish tacos, and salmon tacos with mango salsa and avocado. Delicious! Can’t wait to go back!

I went here because of the review that said«best food on the beach». It was pretty busy so we got take out. I feel a little let down for the price. I got the grilled scallops and shrimp, the salad was missing and there was no lemon. The shrimp was good but the scallops were slightly underdone. My boyfriend got the steak tips and his mozzarella was missing. The guy who took our order was nice.

Great spot to sit and lookout over the ocean while you eat. That’s the good news. Here’s the bad– two tiny fish tacos for $ 9 something. Where was the guacamole? Cash only so add a couple bucks to your order if you have to use ATM on-site for fee. Woman was a bit grumpy. Still hungry!

We went here after spending a perfect morning on Nantasket Beach. The fish tacos are excellent, and the service was wonderful. We will definitely be back!

Delicious, fresh seafood. Sure the portions aren’t gigantic but you get what you pay for — tasty food, a great vibe, a super friendly staff and to top it all of an unbelievable view. They also have live music on Fridays, which is fun! Never too loud, the perfect backdrop to a nice meal. Would totally come here regularly if only I lived closer!

Jane and her family are great! Friendly, courteous, welcoming and they take great care to never cross contaminate my food(shellfish and gluten allergies… real ones). The salsa is so fresh! 3 ingredients, love it. I don’t eat the fried fish although I’ve brought many friends who have and have loved it. HK changes their oil daily and from my friend’s experiences it is obvious(the fried food there also looks cleaner than at other places). The good is always fresh, the view is great, sunsets can’t be beat. Live music is lovely, scenery full of vibrancy and people having beach fun. Love this place!

My son and I stopped in this weekend for the first time this season. The fish tacos(1 for $ 4.25 or 2 for $ 8) were great: large pieces of battered, deep fried cod loin on a warm corn tortilla with guac, crema and slaw. Very tasty! I was also happy to see an expanded selection of craft brews. I had a Cisco Whale’s Tail($ 5) and Kona Fire Rock($ 4.50). Hey, it was a hot day on the beach. As always, the staff was friendly and helpful. And I chatted with one of the owner’s on the deck for a bit. This is a really good family business that cares about their food and customer experience.

Wow — went in on an 80 degree Sunday with wife and three kids. Very friendly, got table on the deck, had fantastic Fish Tacos and some good beers(try the Longboard Kona Brewing Co)

Hot saturday on the beach and I wanted a quick bite to eat. This place has excellent fish tacos. On this day I was going to get shrimp tacos but opted for their special of the day swordfish tacos. Excellent choice, i hope they keep this on the menu. THe Swordfish was grilled not fried so I enjoyed the health option. Shrimp tacos are still a favorite of mine too.

Simple, good food @ the beach in the northeast is a rare thing. I write this review to refute the Florida guys review from 7⁄19th cuz I was there the same day, and enjoyed good tacos+a good chicken sandwich w\ a interesting bottle beer list including leinenkugels – decent beach food is so rare in these parts i don’t mind paying two or three dollars more per item

This is the kind of place Gordon Ramsay would love to close down in «Kitchen Nightmares.» It’s a mess. Hyper-high prices, fried fish(only) and absolutely, spit-it-out-of-your-mouth tasteless. Whatever reputation allowed this place to thrive on 4 days a week during the tourist season, it’s not long for this world. Specifics: The famous tacos. We had steak, chicken, and two fish. Four(4) tacos and two(2) beers = $ 27. When they came out you could have mistaken them for appetizers… but you NEVER would have mistaken them for fresh. They were slapped down in small paper cups/trays with no attention to the basics of cooking edible food. The fish was a FISHSTICK. Deep fried and flavorless. The chicken was tiny pre-cut frozen pieces from a bag that is also used in many low-end places to scatter over salads. The arrogance of this place is standard for a beachfront establishment. The food is short-order(with long waits), they are open only a few days a week, and a few months of the year, and they make up for it by price gouging. Disgusting. (The owner laughed uncomfortably when I voiced my concerns, and he dismissed my wife and I – and the group of women sitting nearby when they left as well. So here we go publicly).

Food is mediocre at best. I do not like any oceanfront restaurant that serves their fish FRIED only and has no grilled fish. Makes me thnk it must come frozen because if it was fresh, you would offer it grilled. The place is in a nice location but they sort of think they are cooler than they are — and the prices reflect it. I do disagree with the last review from Sergei B — the Harleys are NOT annoying, but Euro-snobs ARE. Maybe your 49cc scooter is too cool for Hull.

The lobster roll was very good although a bit pricy at $ 17. It wasn’t loaded with dressing or mayonnaise like other places. I think I was famished so I really really enjoyed it. I don’t like celery but didn’t notice an overabundance of it like a previous reviewer. My friends had a mozzarella salad which was good except for the dressing and also chicken strips which were OK. Be careful if you order Beck’s because it’s non alcoholic. The view of the ocean is nice but the Harleys are annoying. Service was friendly.

This place is delicious! It is conveniently located next to one of my favorite beach spots in the state — and it has a cute little deck — you can choose to eat there or take your food back to the beach. Sandwiches were very good — and the employees were friendly and helpful. If you are @ Nantasket beach, be sure to check it out!

This place deserves 5 Stars. My sister and I both had fish. My salmon was cooked perfecly and put on top of a salad. My sister had the Fish and Chips which were simply delicious. The couple next to us strongly recommended the onion rings. Best food on the beach, great music and an awesome view of the ocean It’s my new favorite beach restaurant.

Alex must have been to Hull’s Kitchen on an off day. My friends and I have been there several times because the food is as fresh as you can get on a beach and prepared really well. While it’s on the pricey side, it is worth it and a nice alternative to more typical beach food. One person who works there could be a little friendlier, but other than that, the service is good.

Far too much celery and far too litle finely diced lobstah in my $ 14 lobstah roll. Nice beach location though. Update: not even after brushing my teeth could I get the aftertaste out of my mouth. I very seriously had to use Bourbon as a mouthwash before my lady would smooch me.
