This place is simply outdated and filthy. Came on a Wednesday around 5pm. The staff was not attentive or very friendly. One of the girls at the counter was eating potato chips which is very unprofessional. The menus at the table were dirty. The restrooms were dirty. And the music was horrid. Will not be coming back

Kingwood, Houston, TX
decided on a last minute party, stopped by this bowling alley. Manager was very accomodating and even made suggestions to better our day. We had a great time bowling, facilities are clean, ambiance good. The only thing I would do to improve is may be change up the rhythm, music, some light outs, nighttime scenario bowling would be great. May already do that and may be our party was too early in the day for that.

The only problem I have is that I saw 2 people handling food without gloves. One young man wiped his nose with his hand and proceeded to serve food without washing. The manager came from working in another area (handling money) and went behind the counter to add cheese to a pizza with his bare hands.
