Went to eat with my family a couple weeks ago. Not very many people but plenty of dirty tables with dishes on them. The floors were dirty and sticky. The beverage station was a mess. Food was good but there were a couple pizza stations empty for over an hour.

NO stars !!! -.- i think 1 is too much. I had gone to this place awhile back i cant remember. But it was earlie in the afternoon, it was empty and there was still soo much trash and dirty plates on the tables and the floors were also very dirty. The food was good but could not eat comfortable due to its uncleanliness.

The pizza ok. It was what I expected for $ 5.99, but I was really turned off by the place in general. It was not clean! We got there at 11:00 on a Sunday, so one would expect it to be clean! The windows were filthy with finger prints. The floors were sticky. The high chairs were dirty. The ladies that worked there were friendly, but never came by to pick up our dirty plates. Next time we go to Cici’s I will try another location.

Restroom needs a major cleaning and remodeling. I had to clean seat, toilet roll holder slammed open on my knee, almost tripped I bbq a dif stall roll paper on floor I couldn’t see it, urinal screen in sink… and open soap jug on counter. Floor is so greasy and slippery from hall and in r r. On the plus side I was able to get special and lady was very nice. Buffet was full.

Got there early, staff was friendly. They made my 7yo daughter her own man n cheese pizza. Dining room was clean, they had plenty of variety, big salad bar for a Cicis

Only reason this location get 2 from me is because the staff is friendly. The variety is non-​existent here. I mean 4 pepperonis? You want pepperoni slice, square, rectangle, or alfredo. If your pepperoni lover this place has got you covered because it is about the only thing besides salad and two desserts you can get. What happened to all the creative different pizzas I remember Cici’s serving? Likely will not be back for a long time, again.
