Since buying our house and becoming overnight pool owners, we have been very happy with the service and care from Fox Family Pools. FFP did our pool inspection and offered us a «pool school» to teach us how to use our equipment and care for our pool. The in-​store water testing is incredibly helpful, to the point of writing a «pool-​scription» on what needs to be done and when/​how to do it. Staff is incredibly courteous and kind. I’ve been to a bigger pool store with more stock and supplies, however have quickly come to find out that the knowledge and expertise level of the FFP staff is far-​and-​away superior of the high school aged staff at a bigger named store.

Kingwood, TX
Tech showed up 1 hour late, no apology. Thought he was supposed to do something different than what I made the appointment for. He was much younger than the «experienced technician we will send you with 20 years experience» the lady I made the appointment with had said. And he was rude. I did not feel comfortable having him work on my property so I told him to leave. I called Fox to speak with a manager or the owner, and have not had a return phone call yet.
Terrible customer service. Would NEVER recommend this business!
