Went to this location two nights ago and I can’t believe what I just saw here. Not only we waited almost 20 min for our food but the night staff was rude as ever. I can hear them laughing inside like there are no customers waiting. There was a long line waiting and those behind me in the drive thru line was honking like It’s my fault. The place was just trashy and I saw the girl throw empty bottles and anything on the floor. Our food was sitting there the whole time.

I stopped by on my way home from church cause I heard a radio ad for their summer specials this morning. You can get a double cheeseburger, southern style chicken sandwich, or 6 pc. chicken nuggets with small fries for $ 2.50. Pretty good deal! Order a large drink for just a $ 1, and you’ve got yourself a meal for under $ 4. I also love their strawberry & crème signature pie. It’s like eating a strawberry cheesecake but with more crust! The employees who took my order at the drive thru, the one who took my payment, and the one at the window were all friendly. They greeted me and didn’t complain cause I requested no salt on my fries, which meant they had to cook a new batch. ;)

OMG! Why can’t these people smile? Damn I know they can’t really love their jobs… but would it hurt them to have a little customer service? McDonald’s should have a policy for every worker to understand customer service.

One thing u don’t do to a real coffee drinker, is hand them a cup of decaf coffee… everytime I come here, it happens unless I request PREMIUM ROAST COFFE… UGHHHH
