Thank you ALL so much for the reviews! I waited for 15 minutes and just got fed up. I looked at the Unilocal reviews and I almost ran outta there!!! Thanks for the heads up!

Not a bad place, my nail tech was very nice and did a good job on my nails. The only reason I would not say 4 or 5 stars is because the place did look a little cluttered and the guy barely interacted with me. Plus, the design on the toe was nothing I couldn’t of easily done at home, so that was a let down. However, this place is close to home and he listened to me when I said I didn’t want my toenail cuticles nipped. I would consider coming back here on a whim.

I have been here 4 times because it’s close to my house. I have had 3 deluxe pedicures and they make my nails bleed every time (not bad just in the corners of my big toenail — ouch). They asked me 5 times to get my eyebrows waxed and almost escorted me in a creepy room to get my eyebrows done and I said no. My feet now have more peeling skin then before I went. They put your feet in a plastic bag for wax. I got my nails done here and they filed my shellac off –ouch! Every Time they have hurt me! They destroyed my nails multiple times… they don’t clean the tools that they scrape dead skin off your feet. I’m so lucky I haven’t got a fungus!

I will NEVER go here again. They are rude and very pushy. The last time i went i wanted a pedi and my nails done. The girl kept suggesting me to get white tips. I told her i don’t like white tips, then she told me she could not do my nails because they were closing! I was pissed! Why couldn’t she have told me that BEFORE getting started on my pedi! She kept acting like she doesn’t understand what i am saying to her! The time before that the same girl kept telling me i should do a different shade of pink. Like seriously? I do not like this place and will never be back even if i live right next door!

Well since my toe is still bleeding two hours later, I’m less then happy with my pedicure! I was nice while I was there, mistakes happen. But to still have it bleeding and hurting makes me upset. You splurge for a pedi to relax, not be butchered. I called and they wouldn’t even refund any of my money (i am not one to call and complain to places, so this actually took a lot) :(not a good experience. I just hope it doesnt get infected now

I never write reviews, but this time I have to!
I went today, like 3 hours ago… I didnt have to wait, that was good and that is why I gave them 1 star.
Let’s see, during the the pedicure the guy who did it wasn’t gently, he hurted me twice, and it felt like he was on a hurry… At the end the towel was really hot and the massage for my left foot wasn’t as long and good as for my right one… I asked for a desing but with different colors, the guy mixed the colors that I asked for, with the colors on the the desing on the fake nail! I finished like a rainbow, I had to ask him to cover some parts, so he was bothered!
Then I got my solar nails done, one lady started them, but then the guy again! I chose a light pink, and he put light purple! So I had to change the color of the stones I got on my ring finger… THE WHOLE THING CAME OUT DIFFERENT AS THAT I REALLY WANT IT!
Even WORST, 2 hours after 2 of those stones are missing and he didn’t put the gel evenly, so some parts are not shining!
I will NEVER come back there!!!

If I could give this salon no stars, I would.
I came in on my lunch break, looking to quickly redo the previous shellac manicure that I got from another salon. I asked if they were able to do it, and they said yes, which made me very happy.
As the gentlemen was working on removing the gel, I noticed that he didn’t do it quite how I usually have it done. He started to file it too much, and now, my nails are paper thin. I heard one of the ladies warn him, in Vietnamese, to not go too far like he always does, which did not make me very confident in this manicure. Then he proceeded to chop my nails off, after telling me he was just going to even them out.
All in all, I changed to a regular manicure. Which was done poorly, and despite being short, my nails are extremely uneven, AND they charged me $ 3 to shoddily remove my shellac manicure. I will NEVER be going back here. Nail salons are a dime a dozen.
