I’ll never return to this place again!
My daughter and I went there today and I got very disappointed and upset with their very poor executed job. The woman who did my nails was very abruptly pulling my hands towards her. It looks like she was handling a toy not a person and completely disregarded my request to be gentle with me. It looked like she never worked with this job b4. It took extra time for her to finish and the job was poor executed. When I got home I had to repair some of her mistakes. But the worse was for my daughter, she got cuticles and finger tip cuts/​bleed. Unacceptable!!! She never got an apologize or discount! I paid for one thing and they did another. The job was even worse. I am taking my daughter to another place tomorrow for someone to re-​do it as is her birthday. In my opinion they should consider offering teaching classes to their employees or just close doors.

I’m giving this place a 1 star rating simply because there were signs all over the shop that stated the workers aren’t allowed to speak Vietnamese when working with customers but they were all talking in that language.
It made me feel uncomfortable when my nail tech asked which kind of pedicure I wanted and I chose the cheapest one. She proceeded to ask me if I wanted a paraffin wax. I politely declined. Then she started to speak in her native tongue. It was very uncomfortable.

Poor customer service. Walked in to get a menu of services offered & prices. When they didn’t have one I asked if I could take a pic of their paper. The lady got defensive as if I was trying to steal her prices. I explained I wanted to share with my family incase they wanted to come. She was very rude and just lost a potential client who gets mani/pedi’s every two weeks. I only gave 1 star because I had too.

Worst experience at a nail salon I’ve ever had. So sad that I came here. Very pushy to make my get their most expensive pedicure and when I said no, she rushed through my pedicure in about 10 minutes, «massage» included. Then they said it would be more to have my nails painted, with no manicure, than it was for my entire pedicure. They also charge you $ 2 extra for a «sanitary pedicure» to line the tub. Absolutely horrible.

My feet might be so thankful because it’s been so long since I’ve had a pedicure, but I still say Nikki does a very good job. Today, I had the deluxe pedicure with wax and stones. The massage was a bit painful, but I know it’s because my muscles are so tired. Nikki also did a PERFECT nail design.
In my opinion, the service is great for the price.

The best place for gel nails, only let Nikki do them she know how to apply, & how long to leave under the lamp. My nails usually last 3 weeks

This is like my back up nail salon. Pros — cheap, open on Sundays, never had to wait, seems clean enough. Cons — they are all very hard to understand, their signs (obviously done by the owner) say not to speak Vietnamese while with customers but they do it anyway, I’ve been cut more than once while getting a full set or refill. One of my neighbors had a similar, but much worse experience where they made her bleed more than once, then were still going to charge her. I would not get fake nails here, aside from the cutting/​bleeding, my nails have never lasted more than a week except when the owner did them. It’s an ok place for a pedicure if you’re in a hurry. They now charge an extra $ 2 if you want a special liner in the pedicure tub for sanitary purposes.

I took my daughter and my niece here — both 14 years old and excited to get services. The ladies were nice but the service wasn’t the most professional or well done. Neither girl was impressed by their nails or toes and my daughter actually asked not to go here again. The polish jobs were completely subpar. The girls could have done a better job themselves at home.

Several visits to this shopping center for banking and or grocery shopping had beckoned me to this place with signage advertising $ 18 pedis. The first time I came to take advantage of the deal, the place was packed and could not accomodate me for at least 30 minutes. At least they were up front about their scheduling, so I decided to give them another try one day soon.
Desperate for an eyebrow wax, I decided to take a chance and check out MV again. It was pretty cold the day I visited, so I was accommodated and serviced by Tracy right away. She took her time and was very meticulous about placing the wax around my brows rather than slathering it on. I was extremely satisfied with the results. A little pricey – $ 8, but a good browmagician (my word) is worth the extra dollar or 2 to look good.
I did find it interesting that this was the first salon that posts signs for their employees to not speak Vietnamese in front of customers. That’s very kind and hospitable of you MV! I think I’ll be back and get that pedi soon. Lot’s of colors to choose from with high end polish brands.
