There’s a good selection of merchandise, but the customer service can leave a great bit to be desired. Today we were looking for an item that was up on a higher shelf, and tried to ask a passing employee for help. Imagine our surprise when the man just kept on walking! He was heading towards the back of the store where there was nothing but a stock room and breakroom/​bathroom, so our guess was that he wasn’t on the clock and couldn’t be bothered to help us. Luckily another employee was willing, but that first experience was a major surprise.
