Old Navy

I usually buy my clothes online because I need the tall sizes, but when I want to see their new line or want to return the ill-​fitting items, this is my store. They have friendly staff, are generally tidy and have a fairly good, large selection. My only real complaint is they they often have really long lines, slow check out and, (personal pet peeve), they always make me pull out my ID when I pay by credit card. It’s the only store I shop at that does that.
Other that than, I love Old Navy’s Tall Line. I finally have clothes that fit properly and returns (with the shipping receipt) are easy. I do wish they would carry them in store though.

Give credit where credit is due. Old Navy is trying and it’s working. They now have an ample selection of clothing, something for everyone in family. I especially like the trinkets and small items that line up the check out lines. I do not enjoy the longer than most stores check out lines. They do seem to have ample help in store. I’m still not impressed with the quality of their fabric and material and I know their prices reflect that

They insist that customers using credit cards produce a drivers license before they will complete the transaction. The manager I spoke to (Katie) claims this is store policy. The terms of use between retail establishments and MC /​Visa prohibit this practice. Don’t open yourself to identity theft /​fraud by showing any ID with CC transactions… It does nothing to protect you and just feeds the Old Navy database which is relatively insecure

I went into this location because I got an email that they were having a sale on a specific khaki pant. Usually when a place is having a sale the stock of that sale item is really limited. I went in feeling very apprehensive, but when I got there, I was pleasantly surprised that they had a great abundance of the sale item. They had lots of workers out actually stocking it as I was there. There were plenty of sizes and colors to choose from.
They also had some nice clearance items out. A few winter sweaters, and a few spring dresses. The spring dresses seem to be on clearance because they were sized way too big. I usually wear a medium but a medium made it seem like I was swimming in the fabric. When I flapped my arms I had huge fabric wings. But I tried on a small and it fit perfectly. I enjoyed getting T-​shirts and dresses for 50% off.
The line to check out was pretty long. The registers seem to be going kind of slow, because they had three people going and they seem to be going as fast as they could. The slowdown seem to be when credit cards had to go through. This was confirmed when I went up there to check out, my card took almost a full 3 – 4 minutes to go through. That doesn’t seem like much but it really adds up when there are 10 people in line. I hope that on a Saturday they don’t have similar technical problems.
I will probably go back at least one more time to this location, and if the stock continues to be so abundant I don’t doubt that it will become my go to spot.

Nice clean store with great merchandise stocked. Lines move quickly and items organized well. Some old navy’s are sloppy and you have to search the racks. This is not the case here. I’m pleased and would return.

I love old navy’s jeans. They have the perfect length for my short legs. This location has great customer service and is always is consistent. They have great deals but I have found that other than fab jeans the selection of clothing is going down.

Can be an absolute madhouse on the weekends, but that is to be expected! The employees work really hard to keep the store clean even during busy times, and there’s always someone working to keep the fitting rooms moving along. It could easily turn into chaos, but it doesn’t and I attribute that to great staff.

Good Old Navy. Nice employees, store is organized, and great sale items! Easy to get to, right off of 59.
