Awful and incompetent with horrible communication between a corporate call center(which any eating establishment should never have and they couldn’t even figure out which location is taking my order) and the staff. We ordered two pizzas meat lovers and cheese, and wings. We called to make a quick modification to change the original two meat lovers to one meat and one cheese for the sake of our vegetarian guest, and we witnessed the lack of communication between the call center and the local branch. Neither could give the same estimated time. It took well over an hour and a half and the driver forgot the wings… there was no final check as this obviously shows. The driver offered to give credit or to drive back and get the wings, which he didn’t even do. Normally I tip well but this twit deserved to be sacked for offering something he couldn’t do and push for the credit instead of giving a snarky attitude to hungry people craving for some wings, for pizza that took forever it was doughy, soggy and mediocre also I ended up paying for phantom wings. Go to Kroger get red barons or digernos if it’s late. Grab the premade box of wings why, it will taste better, cheaper, fresher, done in less then an hour and without horrible attitudes from a middle aged driver with delivery person as the highlight of his resume.

1st time there. $ 10 pizza for any size. The clerk was courteous and the pizza was made promptly. Thin and crispy crust was thin and crispy. Meat lovers. It was perfect. Crispy, hot, loaded with meats. It was a lunchtime hit. I shared with co workers. They too raved on how good it was. Will be back.

Not ordering from them again, I have had numerous accounts where they have forgot something, didn’t cut the pizza, not cooked or take way to long to for delivery. Plus I can’t stand calling and having to go through a corporate office before talking to someone in the store. I just ordered pizza from there and said it would take 2 ½ hours to get here, took me 5 mins to talk to someone to cancel it, heck no!

Do not order from this Pizza Hut. As far as their delivery orders go, they are absolutely horrible. I have ordered from them for three years hoping that maybe one time they would get it right. Unfortunately this was never the case. The pizza is always incorrect. They forget any sides that are ordered. An approximated 1 hour order make take 2 – 3 hours to be delivered. This last time the pizza was missing toppings, the sides that we ordered were not there, and the pizza was raw! Please do not waste your time. There are plenty of better pizza restaurants near by

It was around 9:45 last night when my husband and I decided we wanted to get pizza, knowing Pizza Hut closes at 11pm we decided I would pick it up so the driver wouldn’t have to be out late. We placed our order and our confirmation email said our pizza would be ready for pick up at 10:15. I left the house and stopped at HEB for some snacks and to kill a little bit of time, it was exactly 10:15 when I arrived at Pizza Hut and their door was already locked, no one was in the front so I knocked. One of the employees, whose name I did not get, my receipt showed«Intern 2» for the name, came up front and opened the door just a bit and rudely asked«are you picking up?» And I said I was so she let me in. I asked if I could order 2 sides of ranch, I saw a sign that said ranch was now $ 1 and she didn’t answer, didn’t look at me not once, she just told me my total, took my money and went to the back. She then came back with my pizza and opened the box without saying anything to me or looking at me. I was expecting a «is this what you ordered?» Or «does this look right to you?» You know, like they usually do at any other pizza place. Well I just looked at her and said«that’s it» and I went out to my car. She hurried up and locked the door again and went to the back. I looked at my receipt and noticed she had charged me $ 5 for the two sides of ranch and I went back and knocked on the door but no one came to the front. I was very disappointed with Pizza Hut. I know it was close to closing time but even after getting my order out the door, they had a whole 45 minutes to clean up and lock up to go home, I know she probably had some other issues she decided to take out on me. I will def. think twice before going back to that location. I’m giving them 2 stars because the pizza was very delicious! If it weren’t for that, they’d be getting just one star since it’s not possible to not give a star. Hope this helps!

This pizza hut is awful. We have ordered from them 4 times. The first time they forgot an item so they said we would be comped $ 5. I said ok stuff happens. The second time we ordered we reminded them about our $ 5 comp, but the manager on duty couldn’t find any record of a comp so we were out of luck. The third time we ordered, the food took a bit longer than usual to get to our home, but it was a busy night and I know delivery is rough on busy nights. The food got to the house and it was cold. We did not complain. The last and final time we are ordering from this establishment, was 10÷1÷2013 at 7pm. That is a Tuesday and not a normally busy night. I placed an online order and the delivery time was estimated about an hour. Ok, thats fine. An hour passes and nothing. 10 more minutes and we call. We are immediately placed on hold for 5 minutes before anyone picks up. We get put on hold again. 5 more minutes. Finally get someone and they tell us the pizza went out the door 10 minutes ago and should be here in 5 minutes. We hang up. Another 20 minutes goes by and we call back. Manager says oh, we only have 1 driver tonight and she took 4 other deliveries BEFORE mine. WHAT??? So she says she will comp us $ 10. We told her the issue with the last time and asked for a refund. She said she was unable to give a refund due to policy.(Thats BS) Then she ups the comp to $ 20 and says the pizza will be with us shortly. It took 2 hours for us to get our Pizza. It was cold. And we didn’t even get an apology. AND they refused to give us a refund. What kind of service is that? I have complained everywhere I can think of and still have not gotten a response back from PizzaHut directly.
