phase 1 braces for my son with this doctor/staff, was okay. However, Phase 2 was when we had nightmares with this office staff. Rude staff(some former staff had left by time we had phase 2), and if you get voice mail they ask you leave a message. NORETURNED calls. I had to keep calling and calling. Then they acted like I was bothering them. A number of times, we had just left the office for adjustments, and not 5 minutes later, brackets popped off. We had to turn around to get them fixed, again. Also had other issues with their work on my son’s teeth. Once you’re locked into contract with them for phase 2, don’t expect any customer or quality service. Then they tried to book us out further than expected, causing an extra monthly charge. I unleashed my bad side and got them straight real quick. Oh and here is my favorite: The *ITCH receptionist(not the older lady, but younger) would not even greet you as you arrived, NOR even LOOKED at you when handing you your receipt. She was too busy arguing with her boyfriend on phone for all to hear in reception area. Yep — everyone knew her white trashy drama — while cursing. Yep. You can’t make this stuff up. Trash Trash Trash. Dr. Quentel had a way to make the patients feel comfortable, but a doctor is only as good as his staff. There’s dentists/ortho on every corner. We took my 2nd son to Dr. Powell when it was time for him to get braces. Very courteous staff & awesome doctor.

I was referred by Q Dental for an orthodontic consultation for my daughter. Dr Quentel was very nice, very patient with my daughter. He consoled her when she started crying because she heard him say 2 baby teeth would need to be pulled out. He was very thorough and explained everything to me. His nurse/dental hygienist/assistant(I don’t know their title) was also very helpful. She explained in more detail what the Dr had been saying, and gave me some helpful hints to help my daughter’s apparent tongue thrust. She also made some suggestions for my insurance that may lower the costs. It was a very quick consultation. But they basically answered all my questions.
