Horrible service. As soon as I walked in I was followed by an old white lady (Debra) watched me very closely as I walk around the shop. As soon as I walked out of her sight she came out of the office and yelled I can check you out over here. As I was still looking at the merchandise. I felt very discriminated against, maybe she thinks all Mexicans steal. She made me very uncomfortable, I will never return to this discriminating place.

Their interior «detailing» is not worth the money nor the time it took to do it. I’m being extremely polite here, don’t waste your money or your time. We paid for a package that was almost triple digits, and it was specifically targeted at detailing the interior. Now, I’m being totally honest when I tell you I could’ve done a better job with my home vacuum. There were a lot of untouched areas; those places that you can’t clean well on your own so you take your vehicle to a «professional». Well, guess we should have looked harder… and we will next time. Never going back to this place again.

Would I come again? Yes because it’s less than one minute from my house. They missed a few spots that were noticeable. Good thing I did a final check and he followed me to clean it. The thing that I did not like was the cashier lady not giving me the 20% off for ladies day. I had to ask for it and she said «sure». Doesn’t seem like an honest business. It is overpriced from what I use to but I guess it is normal here.

Horrible car wash. Did they wash my car? I paid for the upgraded package. I would have been better off going across the street to bubbles and paying 1⁄5 the price and been happier. The manager was so rude. When I asked if he considered my car done he looked and said «I don’t see a problem». Save your money. Go to Flagship or Pirates Cove. You will be much happier.

The oil change is reasonably fast and decently priced considering it includes the wash. I was pretty upset last time I had it done because as soon a a I finished my oil change and went over to the car wash the stupid thing broke. They said I could bring it back for a free wash with my receipt but it was kind of a pain. I guess the wash is descent. Nothing to write home about. The lady inside was very friendly.

Short line.
Miss Mary at the snack bar. Vaccum was great. wash. so so. I got the SILVER PACKAGE, still leaves alot of residue on my black suv.
After wash wipedown was ok, but applying armoral was dismil. Had to point out all the missed spots. In fact I borrowed the application brush to finish the running boards.
If it wasn’t for Mary at the food stand I’d probably go somewhere else… To expensive for the overall job.

Wow the oil change was very quick, done well, service amazing! Plus a free car wash next door. Line is alittle long but it’s moving. May have just found the new oil change and car wash place. Thanks for the great service and attention to detail.

This car wash does a terrible job in washing and cleaning your vehicle inside.
I thought that by new owners taking over, things were going to be better, but that is not the case.
My husband and i took both of our vehicles there, and after they finished with them, the cars were still dirty.
The owner needs to hire people that know what they are doing. Even when the place was not busy, they made us wait about 10 minutes to see the kind of service we needed.
I Will not be going back there unless they make some improvements to the place.

First bad experience at this location. I was given the high mileage lube without my consent. About 20 dollars additional. When presented with the bill of 69 dollars for an oil change I was not happy. Beware of the bait and switch with the cheaper conventional oil change that is advertised.

Did not clean inside my car. Bugs were still on windshield.

It was ok. For $ 30 for the gold wash I would’ve expected better attention to detail, but it was acceptable, I guess. They missed some coverage of the vinyl protectant which made the dash look faded in parts.
I went during the workday, between meetings, and there was only person per car so it took longer than expected.
I’ll probably try somewhere else before I go back, just to see what else is out there in the area.

I wish it was like getting my hair cut. If I could choose who vacuums and dries my car that’d be awesome. But it’s a you get who you get chance and I think they are inconsistent. Sometimes they are awesome and sometimes they are a miss. I guess it depends how busy they are. I worked at a super car wash when I was a teenager so I am a little know-​it-​all busy body about this business.

Took my Toyota pickup truck today for upholstery shampoo, wash and wax because I am planning to sell it. When they were through it looked no different than when I took it. Out side was still so dirty you could see dried dust on it. Seats on flat part had been wet and vacuumed but not shampooed. Rest of inside had not been touched. Have another car that needs done but it won’t be there and I will tell everybody I know not to take their cars there.

Wash was awesome. If you have a veh with spare on tailgate (like a Jeep) go here. Quality of 8.99 wash close to some detail jobs I’ve had. Cappuccino needs help or I’d have rated 5 star.

Have been a loyal customer for 8+ years — employees do an excellent job. Would have given a 5 star except the last few times I have gone in the morning they were obviously short personnel as only one person per car when vacuuming. There were unhappy customers but this is something the business can improve… hopefully soon. I will return.

Why settle for the 6 dollar express when for 6 more dollars full interior and exterior cleaning! 12 Bucks and all the free popcorn and coffee you can stomach.

Got an oil change with a detail. This place was bought out and rebranded not too long ago. The service was quick and efficient and it came with the car wash, but was expected for the $ 35.00 oil change price.
It took about 45 minutes for the oil change and car wash detail. They did a good job all around and I will be taking my van back next.

It’s got a one stop car wash and care facility. You drop your car off for service, and they’ll check all the fluids, filters and performance, let you know what’s going on with your car and ask what you’d like to get done and THEN drop it off for a wash.
price was VERY reasonable, I walked away with a mid level detail job for approx 35. staff is wonderful, and they’ve got food!
They even have gas if you need a fillup!
