Awful awful experience. Guy said shoes would be ready in a week. Week later, he couldnt find my shoes. Once he found them, he said they hadnt been looked at yet. DONOTGOHERE

VERY Poor Customer Service I took my shoes to be repaired and after 1 ½ months of them NOT being repaired, I went and picked them up… owner didn’t seem to care if they were done or not. I was promised they would be done numerous times… and after going 6 times and being given excuses as to why they weren’t done, I just gave up. Upon one of my checkings, the owner had to dig in a big plastic box to try to find them… YEP…they were at the bottom. SERIOUSLY look for another shoe repair!

I stopped at this place because I had bought a pair of boots at cavenders that needed some extra work. They do great work but they are a bunch of scatterbrained fellows. They poorly predicted when the boots would be done, and everytime I called them on the phone to see if they were ready yet, I swear they were drunk, high or both. They kept telling me that the boots were not done and that they very busy and backed up and i should check in a few days. When I would call back a few days later I would get the same story. This little game carried on for about an extra 10 days.

This is the worst service I have EVER received! I dropped my shoes and boots off on a Saturday morning. The guy was friendly. He told me they would be ready in exactly a week from the date I dropped them off. I even paid upfront. I went back today… two weeks later. The guy was rude and my shoes weren’t ready! His excuse was, «well ma’am I’m busy.» I simply asked for my money back. He asked for yet, ANOTHER two weeks… EXCUSEME? No! I want my money back… it was a waste of time.

I am from out of town and needed a quick shoe shine. I saw they opened at 8:30 and I got there around 850 only to find the place locked. There was a young man outside that told me he worked there and that the owner had to run an errand and would be right back. About 10 minutes later the owner came back with another employee and opened the shop. I got a great shine at a reasonable price. Not a big deal right? Why am I writing this? If it wasn’t for the thoughtfulness of the first employee outside I would have drive away. He was respectful and provided just that extra touch of service that so many companies are missing
