All Star Septic

We regularly have had All Star Septic pump our septic tank for about 12 years now. It is recommended for a family of 3 – 4 for about every 3 years, so it’s probably been about 4 times now.
Mr. Chris Boucher is professional and reliable. He is busy because there are a lot of homes with septic systems in the area but he has always been able to schedule an appointment convenient for us and arrive on time.
I highly recommend purchasing the green «man hole» cover to save the extra time and money to dig to access the tank.
Although we had a bit of a «crust» in the tank this time, he efficiently broke it up and had it pumped and cleaned in no time!
The closer you can let the truck get to your septic tank, the better suction it has. Yes, you may want to consider that it is a large truck and you might not want it to drive over anything that could get damaged.
Overall, it’s a dirty job and Mr. Boucher at All Star Septic is a professional whom we will be glad to call the next time we are due for our tank to get pumped and cleaned!

If your place has a septic system then read on. All Star damaged my property with their pump truck, but accidents do happen. I contacted the owner, Chris Boucher, and after a long conversation, he promised to fix the broken item. He did, but it was a very poor job. In the end, it was not worth the hassle of taking him to court. Not for a couple of hundred of dollars. The topper was when he left the wife with ‘custom’ septic bacteria (available at Home Depot) for 5x what it was worth. She thought it was part of the service. When I read the bill, we were charged $ 50.00 for what would cost $ 10 at the hardware store. He also tried to sell an expensive, plastic manhole to cover the buried septic tank. Thank God she did not fall for that one. Why you would want to view an ugly plastic manhole cover in you yard rather than keeping it buried with sod is truly beyond me. Hire at your own risk.
