Well kept but very outdated especially for the outrageous price. When I arrived, no one in the office acknowledged me. It’s not like they couldn’t hear me. I sat down in the leasing office. A lady popped out with her lunch in her hand as she walked to a kitchen area. She looked over at me, somewhat annoyed and asked me to wait. So I did. First impressions: I hear the iconic beep of a microwave, stirring, more beeps then she walked back to where she came from. 10 mins later, while she wiped her mouth she asked«Are you looking for an apartment?» …I wanted to be smart and say nope I’m looking for used cars. No intros, no asking né when i needed it for. I asked for a 3×2 townhome. Before the tour, she didn’t get my name or contact info. The apartment: The tour was very impersonal and awkwardly silent. Though the apartment was well kept, it was very outdated for the price. It looked to be about 20 years old. Even the appliances. I noticed the frisge was running during the whole tour. If you factor in the attitudes of the staff, I was not at all sold on the place. As she locked the apartment we were viewing, she said«Anyways, let me know if you are interested as she walked away»…Wow. I really wanted to see all the amenities and learn more about the area. Talk about making me feel like I could be a valued resident! Grrr.

Don’t get scammed by this place. They tell you an apartment is available but yet the website says otherwise. They send you an estimate which does not include utilities etc. You have to fill out an application that costs 40.00 and nowhere in the process does it say there is a minimum salary you must meet(we make decent salaries) then they decline your app and keep your 40.00.
