After the death of a close friend, I ordered a planter from this shop to be delivered to the home. When I saw the final product in person, I was shocked and a little embarrassed! It looked nothing like the online picture that I ordered. It was a pathetic display of plants/​flowers. I called the shop to confirm that I did, in fact, get the right planter, and the woman I spoke with was extremely rude. She argued with me, devalued me as a customer, and offered me no help whatsoever. Horrible product, horrible personnel. I will never use this place again – OR recommend them to anyone else.

I live in New Jersey and needed wedding flowers and a bridal bouquet for a Harrisburg wedding in a few days. Linda at Hummelstown Flower Shop could not have been more helpful. She took time with me on the phone and the flowers she prodded were beautiful and exactly as I requested. Thank you, Linda, for making a the event beautiful! Even your delivery person, Jerry who called me when he was having a small delivery issue which he solved, went above and beyond what I expected. Tbank you.
