You have to put a $ 500 deposit down to cover any potential damages that the movers make to the halls while moving the furniture in. I would assume since they are so strict about this that they would fix any damages, but since I’ve lived here the hallways have never been painted to fix any of the scrapes from furniture being moved in.
You have to register for two pool passes. Additional ones cost extra, yet they never actually enforce access to the pool, so lots of people who don’t live here invite friends and family over and hog the area.
There is also no emergency lockout service except during M-​F business hours. It is recommended that you leave sets of your keys with the neighbors.
Many of the people who live here are old retirees with nothing to do who are extremely nosy and complain about the most ridiculous of things.
What is my condo fee going toward?
Sherrie the site manager makes this place awful to deal with. If it wasn’t for her, it would be one of the best communities in the area. However, she’s so unreasonable it is a nightmare to live here and have to deal with her draconian policies which make no sense and leave tenants frustrated and unable to have most issues resolved. I don’t know why the Board of directors has not fired her.

Lived in a town house here for a year, know a bunch of friends who have stayed/​are in apartments.
The Site Manager for these apartments is one of the most power crazed, self-​important and rude individuals I have ever had the misfortune to experience. Every staff member that you even speak to either fears or despises this woman and for some reason she maintains her position. She is confrontational, offensive and dictatorial in the extreme. Her very existence means you will have to deal with her if you buy/​rent here and this, barring anything else would make the review 0 stars such is her lack of basic common courtesy and terrible attitude. The thin walls/​floors/​ceilings and lots of noise between apartments, plus the overall very poor build quality do not help. My only reason to rate two stars was out of respect for the decent staff who need to work with this monstrous woman, and in particular the exceedingly professional and hard working snow clearance crews who in last years snowstorms did a speedy and incredible job in adverse conditions.
