Advanced Reproductive Concepts

This has been a horrible clinic to try to deal with. We have been trying to schedule (yes just schedule) an appointment for about three weeks now with no success. We are totally open to schedule, they seem to have a problem running their office.
The first time we called, on a Monday, they said they had an appointment that Thursday and they would call us back. After not hearing back from them for 2 days, we tried calling and left several messages. Over a week later we got a hold of them and was told they would call us back when they can find an appointment time (apparently they do not have any type of scheduling system) and we NEVER heard back from them. A few phone calls later (and messages) they returned a phone call to tell us they will call us back once they figure out a time for an appointment again. No call back. After a week we called them back to have them tell us they are not accepting any new patients until next year. You could not tell us that for the 3 weeks we wasted? It is obvious they have little to no concern for their patients (or potential patients).
