I have recently moved from Virginia with my wife, and we were looking for a nice apt that was affordable but also in a good area. This did not disappoint, after visiting here we decided this was the place. Staff is incredible and are really nice people. We have had no issues since moving in and are glad we did!

Complex is kept clean. Office staff are very nice. Maintenance men are extremely nice and professional.
Pool stays pretty busy in the summer, but I’ve never had a problem getting a seat other than holiday weekends.
Small playground located in a wooded area near the trash drop off. Aging, but my boys love it. Needs to be mulched.
Walking distance to restaurants and two grocery stores (Harris Teeter and Publix). Can’t ask for a better location!

Great complex, Clean and very professional, a little far from the city if you are looking for a city experience, this may not be a place for you. Great location for stores and ok location for kids no parks or courts in close proximity just a nice quite area reminds me of a senior home.

DOG SHIT in front our Apartments.
Bexley can start using the DNA thing for Pets. Almost every morning I find DOG poo in front of our apartments. but i think they don’t care.
Want a FREE IDEA how you can prevent this.

ONE MORE WORST EXPERIENCE
I have bill ofr damages for 115 $.
they just put 60 $ for cleaning services (I asked them for receipts and there is no response)
The vinyl is slightly burned for that they charged whopping 80 $.
The manager is NOT customer service oriented. She is a waste of time to talk to.
The girls in the front are very responsive. the Manager is a super FAKE.
When I asked to pressure wash my PATIO (as it wasa given to me with BIRD POO, and COBWEBS). She is not at all responsive.
Do not join this community. WORST experience.

place is clean. the ladies in the office are professional and nice. for the price of the rent you get alot. the place is maintained very well. the people there are very nice. i had one complaint, it was rectified in 1 day.
very, very good place. GEORGE THE MAINTENANCE GUY IS EXCELLENT AT HIS JOB AND A VERY NICE MAN.
