Henry Loudermilk Piano Tuning

I highly recommend Henry Loudermilk as a piano tuner. I recently moved to Charlotte from Buffalo. My piano spent 2 days in a moving truck and was badly out of tune as a result. Thanks to Mr. Loudermilk’s patient and thorough tuning it sounds better than ever.
He responded to my call in less than 30 minutes and upon hearing my concern that my piano may be damaged after such a difficult move he offered to look it over the SAME DAY. I was able to make an appointment for tuning later that week.
My 3 children were home during the tuning and he assured me that their playing in the next room was not a problem. He warmly answered their questions and listened while they showed him the songs they can play. It was obvious that he loves his work.
It is not only for the excellent service I received but also his cheerful and patient personality that I give this business 5 stars.

We’ve had the pleasure of having Henry over for private piano lessons for our two young children as well as to tune our piano. We are very pleased in both regards. Correct technique, rhythm! as well as joy and passion for the music is all important to us. We feel that Henry is balanced enough to provide instruction and encouragement in a way that sets a child up for a lifetime of playing beautifully as well as happily. Henry is professional, polite, very friendly and as my seven-​year-​old says «awesome!». We have had several other piano teachers in the past both great and not so great, and changed due to moving, or due to grumpiness and strictness on the side of the teacher (which caused my music-​loving child to begin to avoid his instrument). Within a week or so of Henry being on board at our house my oldest son was enthusiastically practicing daily a piece he chose that he wanted to learn. My younger son loves to sit and play piano with Henry doing all kinds of improvisation or beginning note finding. We’re very pleased we found Henry to take care of our piano and our love of music!
