Joe Gibbs Racing

Entrance to JGR has all four of the current NASCAR Sprint Cup cars on display. Along the walls are trophy cases and two of the Grandfather Clocks for winning at Martinsville Speedway. When I entered the receptionist immediately acknowledged me and welcomed me to the business. She offered polite small talk as she informed me of the viewing area and gift shop.
The viewing area allows you to look down on the massive race shop complex. The viewing area is glassed in which seems to be the norm at most of the race shops (limits photo options).
This shop opens at 8am which is at least one hour before most other race shops. I heard from someone at another shop that if you are there earlier int he day you may have a better chance of seeing Coach Gibbs in person.
Nice variety of merchandise in the gift shop. Pricing is consistent with merchandise at most race shops.

This place is far from a NASCAR fans dream due to limited access from some viewing glass a story above the field but if your a huge fan of the #11, #18, or #20 car this is a place you should swing by. Most times during business hour you can at least see a few crew guys working below the viewing area. While I wouldn’t recommend making a trip just to come see JGR if your in the area it would be a blast.
They have a gift shop you can buy apparel for the drivers and teams they own. The main floor also consists of some very cool displays including trophies and random sponsor artifacts.
