John C. Brown Appliance Repair

Our oven went out.
I am laid off.
The AC broke.
It’s late June/​Early July 2010, the heat wave of ’10 that they will speak of as the start of public awareness of global warming in years to come.
I opted to fix the AC and I will do a review of Able Brother of Philadelphia when I get around to it.
AC fixed I ask our very good plumber, Vidal, who I will review soon as well who to use.
Mrs. Vidal says ‘call John C. Brown — he did me right. ‘
Well I am here to tell you that today, July 8,2010 John C. Brown did us right too!
The AC guy, Tyrone looked at the oven for me and in his thick Jamaican drawl he mumbled something about control boards and too involved for him to work on it was the report from my wife.
Mr. Brown got the PC board after I read him all the numbers on the oven came over and found out all we needed was to have some parts lubricated and adjusted.
Mr. Brown saved us over $ 200 bucks — he just charged us $ 99 plus tax for a house call!
While here he looked at the fridge and did a tweek and said if the fridge is still acting up in a month call him back. He took the numbers off the fridge and knows what part we might need if his adjustment and lube of the fridge does not work long term.
Very happy is me because I saved 200 bucks I kissed away in my mind and because my wife can bake the cookies for our nephew, Zach’s 1^st birthday that she committed to.
Oh, and my wife is happy that something got fixed in less then a year too!
