I came in to get a Botox treatment for the first time. I am 21 years old and I just wanted a little eyebrow lift on my right eye because of an allergic reaction I suffered a few years ago. I came in and immediately I felt very rushed. I explained that I wanted specifically my right eyebrow lifted. The doctor (Dr. Brilliant I believe he was) said 30 units of Botox. It seemed a little too much for someone my age having to need, but as a novice I agreed. I came into the office, lay down, and within minutes I was done. He literally told me to raise my eyebrows, bam, bam, bam, you’re done. I paid $ 351 for the treatment. A few days later, the eyebrow I asked him to specifically raise, drooped so much that you can’t even see the top of my eyelid, yet the left one, that didn’t really need any raising, rose a good deal. I have the marine corps ball to attend in a few days and my eyebrows looks horrible and asymmetric. I could not be more disappointed.

I visited New Image last month for a microdermabrasion. The aesthetician, Maria was very knowledgable about skin and skin care. She offered tips to make my skin look it’s best and I left with my face feeling baby soft. No irritation. Other services are quite pricey for the location and they seem to more centered around injections as the waiting room is all videos of Botox, Restalyne Etc. Massages are awesome.

Decided to give New Image a try a months ago for a massage. Had a great experience all around. Upon arrival, a gorgeous and very pleasant receptionist took all my information. Although I hate paperwork, talking to her made the time pass quickly. I believe her name was Ester. After completing my paperwork I didn’t even wait a minute until the masseuse took me in. This lady was absolutely incredible. Oksana, is a very skilled masseuse; works wonders! Best of all I thought the service was very cheap for a 1-​hour massage. HIGHLY RECOMMEND NEW IMAGE MEDSPA!

My wife had some botox injections done and liked the results and process. Friendly staff and very reasonable pricing. And as they say, happy wife = happy life, so I’m thrilled.

I got laser hair removal done on my face. The lady that did my laser hair removal was never nice, and never made me feel comfortable. In the beginning she talked me into doing an entire plan and told the results would be good. However, now I am here after all my sitting done and paid for and nothing has changed. IN FACT, I have experienced more hair growth than I had before I even started. I called to see if anything can be done and the esthetician had the nerve to tell me that I should have done more research and then came to them. I did do my research and if they had done their job right this wouldnt have happened!

It hurts and not just a little
I’ve had laser hair removeal performed at a few places because I wanted to find out the difference between each experience. This place by far not only hurt the most, but the staff was cold. This was the only place whose staff did not leave the room when you undressed. I had my bikini done here and they didn’t use a cold press or ANYTHING to alievate the pain. It was excrutiating. I was told to be a big girl. REALLY!!! The other places I have tried DID NOT HURT like that. Maybe mild pain but NOTHING like what I experienced there. I will NEVER go back.
