Wendy’s

I usually don’t have an issue with this Wendy’s. They’ve always gotten my order correct and that’s why I keep going back. The only time they screwed up was this past time I went. They completely forgot one thing I ordered. Luckily I checked the bag before I drove away which I always do. The girl was very apologetic about it. I would go back.

Can I give them 0 Stars?
Arrived with my family at this location and wanted to order, I was unsure what to have and servers attitude was poor. Plus I saw flies flying around and I couldn’t hold and say, why do you have fly’s flying around in your kitchen? The kitchen itself is secluded and no one can see who is doing what (Taco bell for instance shows you what they are making).I canceled the order.
By the way, this place looked really dirty, sticky tables and floors, like when you spill soda and do not clean up. I definitely will not go here ever again, unless they change the management and people who work there, clean up the place and get rid of the FLY’S.

The food is good and I love the frosties. The staff is in the middle, sometimes Rey don’t know what they’re spin and sometimes they do. It depends on who u get. The tables aren’t as clean as u would like so whipe them and the bathroom too. Worth a 3 but not a 5

I decided to stop by this Wendy’s tonight since I was craving a burger, but didn’t want to spend 15 minutes trying to get one. This Wendy’s is a mile away and wanted something quick. I was the only one at the drive thru and the light on the menu was not even lit. That should have been my first clue that this establishment was a joke. I had to tell them to turn it on because I couldn’t read anything on it. They took my order fine, but the woman that took my money then asks me wait in the front for my food. 10 minutes later here comes the same lady that took my money. Usually when this happens, it’s because they’re swamped. She gave me a bag with lukewarm fries and burger!!! She then proceeds to sit down with a coworker in the parking lot. It was so obvious that she could have cared less about her job. I am very disappointed with this place!!! I spent more time waiting in the front of the parking lot than in line at the drive thru!!! I could understand if there were only 2 people working, but I could see at least 4 people in the store and I was the only customer in the parking lot. Just don’t be surprised if this happens to you. Worst customer service ever!!!

The people working here are dumb as a rock. You can drive in here to an empty parking lot and there are 4 people in line and 10 min wait to order. Its not clean and the bathrooms are attrocious, even for fast food standards. I ordered a value cheeseburger and got charged extra $.30 for cheese, because I said I wanted just cheese/​catsup! DUMB! Then the supervisor/​trainer corrected her, but didn’t bother to refund my $$. I didn’t want to wait 5 min for my change to bother complaining.
S L O W service… even in off peak times. Never again.

Needed a quick lunch on the run, so I stopped at this Wendy’s and got an «Ultimate Grill» chicken sandwich. Went along my merry way, opened the wrapper, took a bite and spit it back out. The sandwich not only tasted horrible, but the chicken breast was pink inside. I wasn’t in a position at that moment to take it back to the restaurant, so my $ 6 sandwich went right in the trash.
The next day I tried to use the change I had gotten from Wendy’s to pay for my coffee at DD and was given my $ 10 back because it was counterfeit. Great! So instead of throwing $ 6 away, it was now $ 16. I should have skipped the entire ordeal and just thrown a $ 20 bill into a dumpster.

Hey, it’s good enough for me and it’s close. I take the kids from time to time because Wendy’s and Chik-​Fil-​A are about the only fast food I will put in our bodies.
Can’t beat the $ 1.99 kids meals on Tuesdays. It’s generally kept pretty clean, and the daytime staff impresses me more than the evening staff. However, I think they’ve hired better newbies than the grouchy employees from a year ago.
So far all my recent check-​ins have been satisfactory and the blonde kid said my daughter reminded him of his sister so when she went to trade her zoo toy for a snoopy book (kid meal things), he let her have both. Aww.
A+ for feeding the hunger before shopping at Genuardi’s next door. Never shop at a grocery store when you’re hungry… especially not at Genuardi’s lol
