Gene was awesome, best experience I’ve ever had with a real estate agent! I found out about him from a friend who worked with Gene when he got his house. Although I wasn’t in the market to buy a home (I was looking to rent) he was was still able to find a bunch of places that weren’t listed on your standard channels ie. Craigslist, Google. He helped negotiate the price and assisted us with paperwork. The most impressive part of the whole process and the reason why I’m so happy w/​Gene’s service was that when we decided to take the place there was already a list of people interested, Gene worked his magic and got us to the front of the line and made sure the house wasn’t rented out before we finished all of the paperwork. Couldn’t be happier!
