18881 Mora Kai Apartments

I have lived here two different times for a duration of approximately five years. The rent is very reasonable and annual contracts are not required. The palm trees and vegetation is quite strong and the parking is ample. It is not too close to the beach, but is located closer to freeways, reducing the commute to work. The dumpster are somewhat distant but I have eliminated that issue by use of my personal gyroscopic transportation device, or Segway to the layman. Water is included in the rent so on occasion I will let the water run while I brush my teeth. I even walk away for several minutes sometimes and then come back to my bathroom and hear the water running, only to wait 2 – 3 more minutes before turning it off. I really enjoy the freedom to waste water.
