Went in for a solution for a couple light scratches on my Boost Mobile ZTE phone screen and the Rude, Racist Asian broad behind the counter had no idea nor did she even want to help me or give advice on how to clean and get rid of easy scratches. Do not go to this store!

Overall a very odd experience in dealing with this business. Call nobody picks up.
Certainly did not get a warm fuzzy feeling from the woman working the counter. I just want to get my phone unlocked. So when you get so much attitude you literally ask is there a problem and there’s a long silence only to be told seems like you just want information. Don’t want information I want to get my phone unlocked. $ 45 to have a LG Metro PCS phone unlock to AT&T seems like Fair rate. Although getting all that attitude just makes me want to look elsewhere.

I went into ²⁴⁄₇ today, I had cracked my galaxy s5 screen and i couldn’t see any thing on it. They had my screen in stock and had my phone repaired in a hour also another thing I liked was you pay after you get your phone back and make sure it works, she even called to make sure I could still hear and receive calls!!! They did a great job. They also carried the tempered glass screen covers for way cheaper then any where I have looked, and she put it on for me and she put it on perfectly. I would definitely go back and refer any one looking to get there phone fixed. Thanks ²⁴⁄₇!!!

I’ve used these guys for iPhone jailbreaking and unlocking and repairs for about 6 years. Nice people… ALWAYS get it done and the price is usually right.

I was referred by a friend and happy I was. My iPhone 6 plus screen is like new. Great work and price and nice people. Highly recommend.

I’m due for an upgrade on my phone and today was the day that I was going to back up everything on my computer only my phone was dead, and I couldn’t charge it because the part where you plug in the charger broke. If I were to get a new phone, it would be blank– no contacts, no voicemails, no photos. just everything wiped off. Fortunately I was referred here and they were able to repair that part within an hour! Thank you guys so so much. Very grateful for your help!

They helped me for two days getting my daughters phone fixed, working and finally getting it turned on by Sprint. Good, honest people and I’m glad I found them over ten years ago for all the broken phones we had with our four kids.

Like the way these clowns take down their negative reviews from Unilocal.So, I’ll keep review them again, as they are only there to rip-​off the customers. As they don’t know what they are doing YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!
²⁴⁄₇ Wireless are very unprofessional, terrible customer service, and show that they all hate their jobs. They make you feel like you are not important. Had a phone fixed by them twice, and both times problem persisted in a couple of weeks. Took it to a Sprint store and the technician said that someone used superglue to repair the phone and that the phone could not be fixed. They are very rude and you’re better off, taking your problems somewhere else, to a real professional, for a couple of dollars more. They said that they would give me my money back with a receipt. I said that I misplaced it and they said that they didn’t have the time to look for it, with a real nasty attitude. I tried to give the business to a local small shop owner, instead of Sprint, but basically got screwed by ²⁴⁄₇ Wireless. Never will go back or recommend their services to anyone. On the contrary, I will warn others regarding ²⁴⁄₇ Wireless. One unsatisfied customer that leaves your place of business, means that 10 others will do the same.

Went in to get my screen fixed on iPhone 5s. They broke the fingerprint home button in the process. The screen started to lift and I called and this lay said 1. that the employees that fixed the screen are no longer employed there and 2. They don’t guaranty their work. YET their receipt says there’s 30 days and I was within 14!!! If this rate could be a 0. It would be a 0

Crooks when it comes to trying to get you to sell your broken phone for you.
Offered a laughable price that even a pawn shop would be ashamed of for a simple fix broken iphone.
Don’t trust them at all, so I definitely wouldn’t trust a repair from them. Not a way to run a business at all.

Shopped around a bit for screen replacement. $ 100 seemed like a deal. End of the day, you get what you pay for. I picked phone up after repair, all looked well. After a day I could see air bubbles in between glass and LCD. Took back in within a few days. The guy told me that this is common with Samsungs and there’s nothing he can do about it. The OEM glue could not be replaced. BS if I’ve ever heard it. Disclose this to me BEFORE I fork over a Benjamin bro! Air bubbles prevented me from holding down buttons for snap chat and other apps. 30 day warranty didn’t mean much.
I should’ve learned from Tommy Boy «Tommy: Because they know all they sold ya was a guaranteed piece of crap. That’s all it is, isn’t it? Hey, if you want me to take a dump in a box and mark it guaranteed, I will. I got spare time. But for now, for your customer’s sake, for your daughter’s sake, ya might wanna think about buying a quality product from me.»
Went to another shop, see other review. Paid a bit more and got the «glue job» done. Happy I did.

Excellent service — I had several issues with my phone after it ran into a wall. After very throughrough diagnostic they showed concern that iphone may not be worth fixing and I was given great choices, still they performed the work I wanted them to and were right at the end. Fast and friendly service. I recommend their services.

I couldn’t be happier with the service here! I shattered my phone about a month ago and have prolonged getting it fixed because Apple said it would cost $ 150 and AT&T told me it would be $ 200 (even though I pay extra for insurance every month!!). When visiting my parents, my mom took me here because she couldn’t take looking at my screen any longer. There were three woman that greeted and helped us. They were SO sweet and fixed my phone in an hour (maybe even quicker than that). The total was only $ 90!!! While we waited, we played with their adorable dog Pumpkin and even bought a new phone case for only $ 15! I am going to tell everyone about this place if their phone brakes in any way.

i have 4 kids and they break their Iphone glass seemingly weekly. Bring it in here and it’s fixed perfectly w/​in an hour every time. Are they sweet and friendly — who cares? They have done perfect work. One time they fixed water damage and one time they told us they couldn’t — no charge.

The best customer service ever. They have fixed phones for me and sold me phones. Then, they spent tons of time on the phone with carriers trying to resolve issues. I have AT&T and TMobile — this vendor knows how to work both carriers. They have a cute poodle that hangs out in the shop to hang out with while waiting. Next door there are killer enchiladas de Hidalgo. This is a store that has great prices and they give a lot of info for free even when they don’t make a sale. I have seen them in action a lot of times — consistently nice.

I would give it negative stars if it were possible!
I would NEVER walk into this Hell hole again. I’ve been in at least 3 different times and each time I had a bad experience because of the NON-​existing customer service. Each time I left, I tried to brush off the negativity (since the location is convenient) but this last time was OVER THE TOP.
The Asian women who owns the store is a miserable person and is extremely rude. She must not need her business to pay bills because she definitely doesn’t care if customers come back.
If you want to see for yourself, go in, she’ll be there and I can guarantee the owner or the other girl who works with her will give you an attitude… FOR NO REASON.

This place is GREAT! I have an old Razr V3 Motorola flip phone that’s hot pink w/​tatoos from the Miami Ink guy. I LOVE it and don’t want a new phone. Anyway, about a year ½ the LED display on it died. I looked all over for a place to fix it; this place was AMAZING! They took one look at it, said, «It’ll take about 30 minutes.» YAAAAAAAY! I was so thrilled they could even fix it let alone in less than an HOUR! I figured it would be days if at all. They knew exactly what was wrong with it and the price to fix it was really, really reasonable. Today I woke up & same thing had happened to my phone — no display. WAAAAAAAAH! LOL! So I took it over there again & they fixed it again in less than an hour! I would totally recommend this place to anyone needing phone repair service. On top of that, the people there are super friendly and FAST!

I came here as a teenager because they would hook it up with deals on their phones and plans! I came back a couple of weeks ago because my brother needed to get his Blackberry Storm 2’s screen fixed, but they weren’t able to. It’s not a big deal; this place still has friendly customer service.
