Visiting from out of state. Staying at a hotel nearby and tired from being at the beach all day. Just wanted to grab some snacks. The store is dirty, grabbed milk and donuts. Needed a cup. Was charged 1.49 for a small empty coffee cup. Asked for an item off the grill and if they had condiments. Was told where condiments were, had to move crates of sandwiches that were sitting in front of it. These were sitting at room temp. After I paid I asked about my grill item and was told, oh I forgot and I didn’t charge you for it. When asked for a bag because we had multiple items was told yes, but that was an additional fee. The employees were lazy and rude. Would not recommend this gas station to anyone.

Tiny drink selection, sad looking food, really dirty outside. Slurpees were all not frozen. It’ll do, but go down a block to the CVS instead.

This place sucks. You go in and spend 40 bucks in gas and the bathroom is always mysteriously out of order. More people should complain about this type of crap. Where do the people that work here go? Their liars…

Before you read this keep in mind that I am a daily returning customer to this 7 – 11 for the last year. If they treat their returning customers this way think about how they treat new ones. I went to this 7 – 11 to get my daily morning coffee, pack of smokes, and to turn in my lottery scratcher tickets that I purchased from the same 7 – 11 the day before. When I first arrived I noticed that it was pretty busy inside. So, being the kind fellow that I am I stepped aside and let Susan, the manager of the 7 – 11 help all of her customers. I believe I let about 5 people go in front of me. I was standing there for a good 5 – 8 minutes. As the manager Susan was helping the last customer in the store besides me, she looks at me and says, «I cant cash those lottery tickets in right now we have to update our system for the powerball.» First of all, why would you let me stand there and let everybody cut in front of me for 8 minutes before you decide to tell me your system is down. Second she was lying and I caught her in her lie. I called her out on the system update, because any person knows computers don’t take hours to update, and Susans little powerball update could be accomplished within 5 – 10 minutes, which I didn’t mind waiting. When I called Susan out on her lie she became very hostile and rude. While speaking with her a few more customers entered the store, and she continued her hostility and rudeness, in front of the customers. I asked Susan if I could please have the managers name, and she snapped back at me «I am the manager!» Ok I said, can I have the owners name and phone number? I asked her. «Yeah.» She helped a few more customers and by this time her powerball update was ready. By this time I felt that I was treated poorly. For somebody who has spent over $ 1000.00 in gas, coffee, and other stuff in the last year at this place, they sure do not know how to help a customer. After asking Susan for the owners name, I asked her If I could please have her name. Susan looked at me, pointed to her name tag, and said, «Susan, cant you read?». Susan said this in front of about 3 other customers in the store. I mean, I know it’s a 7 – 11, so what do you expect right? It doesn’t matter anymore though. Ill never go to that 7 – 11 in my life again, Ill never go to another 7 – 11 in my life again. If anybody who reads this works at 7 – 11, you can go ahead and thank Susan for that one.
