He was very patient during the home selection process, but at the same time he motivated my wife and me to keep looking to find us the perfect home. He was full of knowledgable information, and made us comfortable with the home buying process. His expertise didn’t stop once our offer was accepted. He worked in close liaison with the mortgage company, the escrow officer, and the selling agent. Thanks to Andy’s due diligence, we were able to close a week early on a 30 day escrow.
