Ok ok I’m an old fart so make it easy. Back story while in Ak my T Mobile system didn’t work. They promised 6 days to fix 15 minutes. Went to GCI and Verizon in Anchorage. Sales rep knowledge. was ZERO. AT&T rep had it and I bought it. Some of my phone contact stuff was missing. This is where Jessie comes in at AT&T on Edinger in HB. He is only 6 weeks experience and he SOLVED MY CCONTACTS PROBLEM. He went the EXTRA mile and helped me get contacts synced to my Facebook accounts. He was patient putting up with me… Not easy. I give 6 stars for Jessie. Give him and them a look for your service.

Long story short, had to get a new SIM card because something happened to the account. Came in and was greeted and helped right away. The sales consultant, Kevin, was friendly and resolved my issue.

Brian is the man! Came here twice in a couple weeks, Brian helped us out both times. Super helpful… Really friendly… And knowledgeable. Both times we didn’t even buy anything and he spent as much time as we needed to me sure he solved our issues.

I recommend this store for outstanding service. Switched six phones from Verizon to AT&T. Was immediately greeted and helped by Sales Associate Mike. He was SO patient switching all my numbers along with the purchase of new I-​phones. He spent a great amount of time listening to my needs. He was very organized and never rushed a decision. The store manager Eric was equally friendly, professional and helpful. I also recommend Directv over Fios which I had for many years and recently had the service deteriorate. Now with Directv and AT&T wireless I have unlimited data on all six phones.

Had to have my phone backed up due to water spillage on my old iPhone and switched over to my new one. Kevin was greatt help very informative and friendly. I def. recommend this store very clean and so many gadgets to look at and accessories.

I came in to get a new phone plan switching from tmobile because I just had enough of horrible reception and laggy network. I wanted to port my number over and there were a few problems that occured with the porting, but Jazmyne, one of the employees here, went out of her way to help me and was extremely helpful.
Awesome customer service and reliable network. Can’t possibly ask for more.

I have been to this location at least half a dozen times. Out of all of these instances, I only truly left feeling satisfied once, all of the other experiences at this AT&T had been average; however, after my last transaction at this store I will NEVER RETURN! And if you enjoy your money, I wouldn’t recommend that you go in here either!
I upgraded from my iPhone 5s to the iPhone 6s at the end of September, begrudgingly changing to the «Next» plan and the sales lady tricked me into a whole mess of a bill.

Worst customer service I have ever seen. Came into the store around 8pm still haven’t been helped and it’s almost time for them to close. Was the first on the wait list and had 2 parties before us helped. Someone who looked like the manager sat around writing people on the wait list yet could not help any other customers who were waiting for over an hour. Terrible, terrible experience

It’s that time of year again. In with the old and out with the new! The new iPhone 6s that is… I decided to go with the regular vs plus as the larger size is kinda heavy. Gotta be able to manuveur easily in one hand.
Been here 3x for all my phone upgrades this year. Staff is friendly and very knowledgable about the phones and other tech devices. Never had to wait more than 15 minutes for assistance. The whole upgrade process took about 30 minutes. Very satisfied with my purchase. Highly recommend getting your next phone at this AT&T store.

Horrible experience at this location. Dealing with the manager, Gabriel was one of the worst customer experiences that I can remember. Not only was he rude, disrespectful and unwilling to take care of my needs but he was arrogant as well. You are better off going to an authorized retailer then going to this factory store.

My son and I came to this location because the AT&T location at Brookhurst and Adams did not have the Space Grey 64g iPhone in stock. Unfortunately, we were serviced by the manager, Gabe. Being from the corporate world myself and understanding the importance of NPS (Net Promoter Score), a corporate service measurement, Gabe proceeded to lie to us and not return our phone calls. In today’s day and age, it really surprises me to know that AT&T would employ such a unexperienced person and put them into a managerial position. At some point Gabe, you will realize that it is a Cardinal Sin not to follow through with what you tell a customer. WOW, AT&T…after 10 years of loyalty, not what I expected.
This is the best you have to offer in a brand new store, AT&T???

This is a great store in an awesome location. Everyone is really knowledgeable and willing to help and they probably hate it when they see me coming! I have the dumbest questions that are so simple to solve, but they do it with a smile and are pretty patient with me, If I worked there and someone like myself walked in, I would tell my co-​workers okay its your turn this time! Its really a nice store with good energy!

Well today my iPhone took a crap and I ended up with water damage. I knew my phone was fried and I didn’t have time to wait on a replacement. This store was my third one to visit today. All I wanted was to upgrade my phone to the same exact one I have.
I walk in feeling defeated with little to no hope I can actually get a phone today. This store completely turned my attitude around. Everyone was friendly and more than willing to help.
I explained that my iPhone 6plus was dead and gone so I needed a new one today. I had an available upgrade on my account that I needed to use. They had no issue helping me out at all. I was able to upgrade to another 6plus in a matter of about 30 minutes.
I don’t remember the name of the employee who helped me, but I wish I did he was awesome. The manager of this location Courtney is great! Kudos to her and her team.

Bought my new phone here!
I had to wait a long time from walking in, even though there was not a lot of customers. I was getting irritated when staff kept coming and going and a lot of staff were just standing together and talking.
However, the sales person I had turned my experience from mediocre to great very quickly once he came to me. He got me settled with everything I wanted, pitched a few deals, and I ended up leaving with a new tablet and a phone I am very very happy with.
He was able to meet all my needs and I would definitely go back if I need anything else because he was a perfect customer service rep.
*Also, be sure to go in store. DO NOT try calling. They are not helpful on the phone, at all, and they don’t pay much attention to you.

This low rating is not totally reflective of the service provided by any store associate but more so of their processes.
Upon entering, I was greeted by Francis and placed on the wait list behind two other people (it’s displayed on a digital board). He then stood at the door for nearly 10 minutes doing absolutely nothing. I’m not even kidding, I took a photo of it.
I thought maybe he was the door greeter, but after 13 mins from being initially wait listed, he was assigned to help me with my return of a few Apple Lightning cables and phone cases.
The return process took almost 36 mins!!! It was not totally Francis’ fault, as AT&T’s online order system was/​is AWFULLY SLOW. On several occasions I sat and watched his iPad say ‘Loading’ for minutes on end. A very frustrating experience.
In whole, the return process for a couple of cell phone accessories came out to 49 minutes. ALMOST AN HOUR TO RETURN A FEW PHONE CABLES AND CASES!

Stopped by the AT&T SuperStoreofthefuture to get a closer look at some of the cool gadgets and to activate a Samsung Galaxy S5 Active phone.
They have so many toys here including a huge selection of speakers with the likes of Jambox, Braven and Beats.
They have a security system with a camera, keypad/​biometric front door lock and a system that turns on your lights, air conditioning, etc.
They have a great selection of Samsung watches and fitness bands to compliment your android devices and Samsung phones.
The new Amazon Fire phone is really cool and has several apps that are exclusive to this phone.
There are so many more cool stations that they have set up, that it’s tough to mention all of them.
Ask for TJ when u stop in, he is the best and will be happy to answer all your questions.
